Features
Everything BikeCare does.
The complete tour through the app, every stop with a real capture: a bike with two years of history. How the numbers are computed lives under “How BikeCare calculates”.
01 / 20
The overview
Your bike at the top, the next tasks with their progress below and the condition of each area, bike fitness as a single number. One glance over coffee is enough.

02 / 20
Rides and Strava
Connect Strava and rides arrive by themselves, with distance and bike type. Without Strava, logging a ride takes seconds. Plus your records, search and filters.

03 / 20
Parts and status
Every part with its state and progress against its interval: due, coming up, fine. Sorted by category, from drivetrain to bar tape.

04 / 20
The service log
Every job becomes an entry: done yourself or at the workshop, with cost, mileage and receipt. What insurance covered is marked.

05 / 20
The maintenance plan
What is coming up in the next 90 days, sorted by due date, with parts needed and guide costs. As a Pro feature it also arrives monthly by email.

06 / 20
The reminder
By push and email before something is due, with a note on what is best done together. A real notification, not a staged shot.

07 / 20
Postpone instead of ignore
Still looks fine? Then push the due date: by 30, 60, 90 or 180 days or your own number. BikeCare remembers how often, and you can undo it.

08 / 20
Set up your bike with AI
Type in make, model and year: the AI researches live via Perplexity and sets up the fitted parts for you. You review and correct afterwards; without AI you do it by hand.

09 / 20
The copilot
Questions about your bike, answered with your real data as context, including guide costs and reference to the last service. Claude by Anthropic does the answering. The wear calculation itself is not AI: BikeCare computes that traceably, the same way every time.

10 / 20
Checklists
Recurring jobs as a list, like the spring check after the winter break: eight items, progress, tick them off.

11 / 20
E-bike
The motor is a property of the bike: when adding it you choose e-bike and the motor system, because that determines its own maintenance items, such as the belt inside the motor.

12 / 20
The costs
What a part cost is recorded with the part. That becomes the overview: cost per 1,000 kilometres, the biggest items and the figure in the service record.

13 / 20
Statistics and goals
Week, month, year or all time, with a fair comparison to the same stretch before. Plus goals, your weeks with your streak, elevation, time in the saddle, average speed, heart rate and your records.

14 / 20
The year in review
Your bike year in numbers: kilometres, elevation, time in the saddle, the longest ride, the most active month. Plus the workshop year with its costs. Shareable as an image.

15 / 20
The tyre pressure calculator
A guide value by surface, tyre system, weight and width: front and rear separately, in bar and psi. Free to use, no account needed.

16 / 20
Bikes and kit
Every bike with its parts, its data sheet — frame, dimensions, standards, researched by AI — and the way into the bike file. Helmet, shoes and other kit sit alongside.

17 / 20
The bike file
Everything that documents your bike in one place: service record, identifiers, documents and receipts, the BikeCare passport — and the full history as CSV or a printable overview. The frame number stays in your account; buyers only see the last characters.

18 / 20
The record
The service record with its buyer preview: exactly this view is what you share as a temporary link, frozen at today's state, identifiers showing only their last characters. Not a proof of ownership or authenticity; it shows your own period of ownership.

19 / 20
Handing over
When you sell, the BikeCare pass transfers the bike to its next owner, along with its documented history. Costs, notes and receipts stay with you.

20 / 20
Tools and more
Checklists for recurring jobs, friends and groups, the year in review, the tyre pressure calculator and the maintenance history. All in one menu.

The document
At the end there is a report you can hold in your hand.
Everything documented, as a PDF: period, odometer, every event with its date, the costs, split into paid yourself and covered by insurance. Opened here on the phone, real like everything on this page.
Your data
Your data stays yours.
On your device first
Everything lives on your device first and is backed up in your account, so it is there on all your devices without you having to think about it.
Take it with you any time
Your entire history as CSV for a spreadsheet, as a printable overview, as the service record PDF, plus a backup as a file. No questions, no hurdles.
Strava, revocable
Heart rate and power data from Strava are used only for your rides, statistics and records, and never shared. You can disconnect at any time in the settings.
Deleting without hurdles
Deleting your account is a button in the settings, not an exchange of letters. How it works is published on this website, readable without signing in.
